Download the appropriate application form to apply for summer camp. Make sure you download the Release of Liability Agreement too. Forms are in PDF format. You may need to download Adobe Reader in order to open and print them.


Application forms can also be picked up at DayTripping Headquarters in the lower level of the Lily Lake Pavilion at Rockwood Park. Click here for a map.

Forms can be delivered one of three ways:

  • Drop off your application at DayTripping Headquarters.
  • Mail your application to DayTripping, PO Box 22075, Lansdowne RPO, Saint John, NB, E2K 4T7.
  • Fax your application to (506) 657-2102.
